As a wholesaler you are permitted to use the Verhees Textiles Images for your online store, and you are also provided with logo assets and creative content to use in the promotion of your products.

Press and Media Kits including high resolution images are also available to Media.

The kits are only visible when you are logged in as a registered wholesaler or media contact.

Allowing use of our images and content does not transfer any rights, title, or
interest in the intellectual property to the wholesaler, media partner or any
other user.

License to Use:

User is granted a non-exclusive license to user  to use your images and content solely for the
purpose of promoting or selling Nerida Hansen Products either online or in
printed formats.

Restrictions:

No amendments such as altering, modifying, or repurposing the images and
content for other purposes can be made without prior written consent of Nerida
Hansen.

The images and content should not be used in a way that is offensive,
defamatory, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. Use will be revoked
immediately in writing via email and user will need to remove the images and
content at the soonest possible convenience.

Attribution:

All images used on digital or printed matter should attribute via use of the Instagram
handles below, as well as website references wherever possible.

Indemnification:
By downloading and using these images, the user indemnifies Nerida Hansen against
any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of your images and
content.
