The answer is yes! Nerida Hansen Fabrics ships internationally and the cost varies according to the country of delivery.

Please refer to the Australia Post website for updates on any restrictions. International orders are sent via International Express. Overseas customers are responsible for any import or local taxes that are payable to customs in their own country.

For regular post delivery takes three to five days (approx.) and via express post is one to three days (approx.). We aim to dispatch online orders within one to three business days after purchase. Items purchased during a sale period may take an extra day or two. 

If something is not quite right, whether it be damaged or faulty, then make us your first point of contact. Send an email to within 14 days of receiving your order and we will then endeavour to resolve the issue with either a credit voucher, refund or exchange. Simply quote your order or receipt number and cite your reason and one of our happy helpers will reply within 72 hours.

Returns should be sent using registered post or a trackable courier; Nerida Hansen Fabrics cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. It is important to note that there are no refunds for a change of mind.

Nerida Hansen Fabrics regularly has sales on samples and seconds and these items are marked as such and not eligible for return.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 some customers may experience a delay with their online delivery. Various governments have implemented restrictions and suspended services on overseas postal and therefore causing further delays. Once your order is shipped we are unable to retrieve a suspended parcel.

Nerida Hansen Fabrics has introduced contactless Click & Collect, a service that allows customers to order online and collect from our warehouse free of contact. Place your order via our online store and at checkout select the option 'pick up'. Once an order is processed, we are then unable to accommodate changes because our stock is cut to order. 

Customers are sent a text to alert them that their order is ready for pick up. Collection is available from our Torquay headquarters between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm on weekdays. There is no limit to the amount customers can order via click and collect. Customers must show proof of purchase to collect their order. Please note that there is no entry to the showroom during COVID-19 restrictions.

No, unfortunately we cannot combine orders. If you forget something or make a mistake you will need to cancel your current order and process a new one. Remember to email with the order number you wish to cancel.
